Teal is the scarcest of the popular color schemes. CS2 has hundreds of blue and green skins, but a clean sea-green right between the two? You can count them on your fingers. What teal does have is a trump card most other colors lack: Gamma Doppler knives, which shimmer in exactly this range on their own.
That flips the usual build logic. With other colors you start with the guns and pick a knife later; with teal, the knife sets the color and the guns adapt to it, sometimes with compromises. Below are three loadouts where those compromises are flagged honestly.
Where teal comes from in CS2
Teal skins fall into three groups:
- Gamma Doppler — the main source of the color. Phases 1–4 give a green-blue shimmer, Emerald is a deep, saturated green. It only comes in Factory New and Minimal Wear, so wear doesn't matter, the phase does. The cheapest entry is Shadow Daggers | Gamma Doppler (Phase 1) from $77.2; Huntsman Knife | Gamma Doppler (Phase 2) starts at $148.
- Bright Water — blue-teal waves on the blade, a budget alternative to Dopplers: Shadow Daggers | Bright Water — $32.9, Gut Knife | Bright Water — $50.2.
- Guns with a teal accent — AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge, Desert Eagle | Ocean Drive, Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner. These are the three best color matches in the entire weapon pool for this palette.
Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner is a real find: for $0.7 you get the most accurate teal pistol in the game. There are no perfect options for the M4, AWP and USP-S slots, and it's best to accept that up front instead of wasting hours searching.
Loadout under $110
The budget loadout rests on two pillars: Aquamarine Revenge on the AK and Ocean Drive on the Deagle. The remaining slots get cheap skins that don't fight the teal.
- AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge — $29.6
- M4A4 | Cyber Security — $14.2
- AWP | Atheris — $3.3
- Desert Eagle | Ocean Drive — $55.4
- USP-S | Lead Conduit — $0.9
- Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner — $0.7
Total ≈ $100. Cyber Security and Atheris are a deliberate accent rather than a color match: they have just enough blue and teal not to stand out, while the AK and Deagle do the heavy lifting. Ocean Drive is the priciest item; if you need to cut the budget almost in half, swap it for Desert Eagle | Tilted ($0.1) — it's paler, but leans the same way.
Loadout under $330
At a mid-range budget, teal gets more out of a knife than gloves. Gloves that genuinely match teal cost more in Field-Tested than Shadow Daggers | Gamma Doppler, and they look more muted on your hands. A knife, on the other hand, gives you a real Doppler shimmer you see every round when you inspect.
- AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge — $29.6
- M4A1-S | Hyper Beast — $94.5
- AWP | Hyper Beast — $29.2
- Desert Eagle | Ocean Drive — $55.4
- USP-S | Lead Conduit — $0.9
- Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner — $0.7
- Shadow Daggers | Gamma Doppler (Phase 1) — $77.2
Total ≈ $300. The Hyper Beast pair on the M4A1-S and AWP adds a teal-and-pink tone that rhymes with Aquamarine Revenge and Ocean Drive: all three follow the same "sea green plus a warm accent" formula. Phase 1 was picked because on Shadow Daggers it's the phase closest to teal: Phase 4 has too much blue on this model, Phase 2 and Phase 3 too much green. All Shadow Daggers phases cost about the same, so you won't overpay for the right shade.
Knife and gloves loadout under $890
The full loadout is where you can grab a proper full-size Gamma Doppler knife and add gloves.
- AK-47 | Aquamarine Revenge, M4A1-S | Hyper Beast, Desert Eagle | Ocean Drive, USP-S | Lead Conduit, Glock-18 | Bunsen Burner — same as before
- AWP | Silk Tiger — $154
- Driver Gloves | Brocade Flowers — $125
- Bayonet | Gamma Doppler (Phase 2) — from $376
Total ≈ $840. AWP | Silk Tiger replaces the Hyper Beast because a big Doppler needs a calm sniper: the tiger pattern in teal-green tones doesn't steal the spotlight. Brocade Flowers are the best color match among gloves in this palette: patterned, with teal embroidery. If you want it cheaper, Huntsman Knife | Gamma Doppler (Phase 2) (from $148) gives you the same shimmer on a simpler knife — saving about $210.

What to avoid
- Buying a knife phase blind. Gamma Doppler phases differ in their green-to-blue ratio, and the same phase looks different on different knife models: on the Bayonet, Phase 2 and Phase 4 hit teal best; on Shadow Daggers, it's Phase 1 and Emerald. Before buying, check a screenshot of the specific item, not the generic icon.
- Sport Gloves | Vice ($360). The icon shows an even split of teal and pink, but on your hands the pink dominates. Too much for a teal loadout.
- Hydra Gloves | Emerald and Broken Fang Gloves | Jade — green, not teal. Next to Phase 2 the difference is glaring.
- Moto Gloves | Spearmint and Cool Mint in Battle-Scarred. The cheapest Spearmint goes for $1,556, but that's a beat-up copy where the mint has almost faded away. They start looking right in Field-Tested, and there the price is several times higher.
- AK-47 | Wild Lotus and AWP | Medusa. Both look green-teal in previews, both cost an order of magnitude more than the entire full loadout, and both are noticeably darker and swampier in-game than you'd expect. Not worth it for a color loadout.
If you want to go bigger
- M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle — $690. The most accurate teal rifle in the whole game, plugging the palette's biggest gap.
- Karambit | Gamma Doppler (Phase 2) — from $1,451. The definitive teal knife.
- Moto Gloves | Spearmint in Field-Tested — light mint-teal and one of the rarest pairs in this palette.
- M4A4 | Poseidon — $1,359. Ocean theme and a blue-teal body; a collector's skin whose price rests mostly on rarity.
One last tip
Buy the knife first, then pick guns to match its phase: teal is too narrow a color to build from the bottom up. The full selection is on the teal CS2 skins page, with separate pages for turquoise knives and turquoise gloves. Other palettes are waiting in the CS2 skin sets by color section.
