CS2 skins by color

Skinset is a free loadout builder for Counter-Strike 2. You pick a color and a budget, and it selects a knife, gloves and weapons so the whole inventory looks like one set. The database holds 500+ skins with their main colors and price tiers — from budget picks for a few dollars to premium knives and gloves.

How to build a CS2 loadout in one palette

A great inventory is built on combination, not on the most expensive skins. One accent color on the knife, gloves and main weapons (AK-47, M4, AWP) makes a set recognizable, and pistols can match or contrast. Skinset compares skin shades with your palette and rates the match: “spot on”, “great”, “close”.

A skin loadout for any budget

Enter one total for the whole inventory and the budget is split across slots automatically: a base set of weapons first, then a knife and gloves, then upgrades to pricier options. Build a cheap CS2 loadout under $50, a balanced one for $500, or a top-tier set with a Karambit Doppler and Sport Gloves.

Where to buy the skins

Every item has “Buy on DMarket” and “Buy on Avan.market” buttons. The link opens the marketplace search for that skin, with current price, wear and float. Skinset doesn't sell skins and has nothing to do with case sites: only established fixed-price marketplaces.

What Goes With the AK-47 Redline: Knife, Gloves and Pistols for Any Budget

The Redline is where half of all red inventories start: cheap, iconic, and just red-and-black enough that everything else is easy to match. Below is what to pick for each slot, plus three sets priced using real marketplace data.

What Goes With the AK-47 Redline: Knife, Gloves and Pistols for Any Budget

Why the Redline makes a great foundation

The AK-47 | Redline came out in 2014 and is still one of the best-selling skins in the game. Field-Tested goes for $21.6 — cheaper than just about any other "iconic" AK. The matte black body with red stripes reads well in any lighting, and red and black is the palette with the most skins for every slot in CS2.

The main rule: the Redline is matte and dark, so the rest of your items should be matte too. A glossy Doppler Ruby looks out of place next to it, while Crimson Web or Slaughter feel right at home.

Gloves for the AK-47 Redline

Gloves are on screen every round, so they're the first slot worth filling after your guns. The prices below are the current marketplace minimums.

  • Driver Gloves | Rezan the Red — red leather with black, the closest in spirit to the Redline. Field-Tested — $50, the most affordable way into red gloves.
  • Moto Gloves | Blood Pressure — red and black, louder than Rezan. Field-Tested — $75.2.
  • Specialist Gloves | Crimson Web — the same web pattern as on the knives: a perfect match for a Crimson Web knife. Field-Tested — $97.3.
  • Sport Gloves | Scarlet Shamagh — red check, one of the most "expensive-looking" pairs in this price range. Field-Tested — $141.
  • Driver Gloves | Crimson Weave and Specialist Gloves | Crimson Kimono — the top tier of red gloves: from $134 and from $1,127 respectively. These are gloves for sets where the knife costs hundreds of dollars.

A knife for the Redline

  • Crimson Web — the red-and-black classic. On budget models it's the cheapest red knife you can get: Navaja — $51.9, Shadow Daggers — $56.2, Gut — $58.4 in Field-Tested. On a Bayonet — $169, on an M9 Bayonet — $401, on a Karambit — $576.
  • Autotronic — red and black with metal: Gut Knife | Autotronic — $80.3.
  • Slaughter — red with a marbled pattern, louder than Crimson Web: Gut — $102, Navaja — $84.3.
  • Doppler Ruby — glossy, but if you really want it, the cheapest way in is the Gut Knife | Doppler (Ruby) from gem phase — several times pricier than regular phases, check the marketplace.

Matching weapons

  • M4A4 | Evil Daimyo — $1.9, red and black and practically free. A step up — M4A1-S | Player Two ($43.1) or M4A1-S | Hyper Beast ($94.5).
  • AWP | Redline — the obvious pairing, $26.5. Cheaper — AWP | Elite Build ($8.4).
  • USP-S | Cortex — $3.1; if your budget allows — USP-S | Kill Confirmed ($52).
  • Glock-18 | Candy Apple — pure red for $1.
  • Desert Eagle | Crimson Web — $7.6; louder — Desert Eagle | Code Red ($32.8).

What to check before you buy

A Battle-Scarred Redline loses a lot of its red — the stripes turn a grayish pink, so the AK is the one item where you shouldn't cheap out on wear. On the other hand, with Crimson Web knives and Rezan the Red gloves, the difference between Field-Tested and Well-Worn is barely visible in-game but can be noticeable in price.

Every item in the builder has two buttons — DMarket and Avan.market. Check both: the same skin can differ by 10–20% between marketplaces.

Before you buy

Check wear and float

The same skin in Factory New and Battle-Scarred looks different and the price differs several times over. Filter by wear in the marketplace search, and check float and screenshots on expensive items.

Steam trade hold

After buying on a third-party marketplace the item arrives via a Steam trade. You need the mobile authenticator enabled, otherwise there may be a hold of up to a week.

No cases or gambling

Skinset doesn't promote case-opening or betting sites. Only marketplaces where you buy a specific item at a fixed price.
