CS2 skins by color

Skinset is a free loadout builder for Counter-Strike 2. You pick a color and a budget, and it selects a knife, gloves and weapons so the whole inventory looks like one set. The database holds 500+ skins with their main colors and price tiers — from budget picks for a few dollars to premium knives and gloves.

How to build a CS2 loadout in one palette

A great inventory is built on combination, not on the most expensive skins. One accent color on the knife, gloves and main weapons (AK-47, M4, AWP) makes a set recognizable, and pistols can match or contrast. Skinset compares skin shades with your palette and rates the match: “spot on”, “great”, “close”.

A skin loadout for any budget

Enter one total for the whole inventory and the budget is split across slots automatically: a base set of weapons first, then a knife and gloves, then upgrades to pricier options. Build a cheap CS2 loadout under $50, a balanced one for $500, or a top-tier set with a Karambit Doppler and Sport Gloves.

Where to buy the skins

Every item has “Buy on DMarket” and “Buy on Avan.market” buttons. The link opens the marketplace search for that skin, with current price, wear and float. Skinset doesn't sell skins and has nothing to do with case sites: only established fixed-price marketplaces.

Popular CS2 color loadouts

Red and Black CS2 Inventory: Loadouts for $90, $360 and $1,170

Red and black lives on the balance of two colors: a dark base and red accents. We put together three loadouts for different budgets and broke down the traps of this palette.

Red and Black CS2 Inventory: Loadouts for $90, $360 and $1,170

Red and black is the only popular CS2 palette built on two colors, and the second matters just as much as the first. Pure red without a black base quickly turns into a "fire truck": a ruby knife, bright red gloves and a scarlet AK in one frame hurt your eyes. A good red and black inventory is a dark base with red accents, like stripes on a sports car's hood.

Below are three ready-made loadouts: guns only, guns with gloves, and a full set with a knife. Every item was picked by color match from our database, not by thumbnails on the market.

What makes a skin red and black

In CS2, three finish families carry this palette:

  • Crimson Web — a red web on black. A classic since 2013, available on almost every knife, on the Desert Eagle and on Specialist Gloves. The key thing: the web only shows in good wear; in Battle-Scarred the knife just turns dark.
  • Autotronic — black carbon with red inserts. This is the most "correct" red and black knife finish: the colors hold up even in Field-Tested. Bayonet — $226, Gut Knife — $80.3, Karambit — $783.
  • Two-tone guns — AK-47 | Bloodsport, M4A4 | Spider Lily, Desert Eagle | Code Red, USP-S | Kill Confirmed. They have roughly as much black as red, and they tie the knife and gloves together.

Doppler (Ruby) is red too, but it's solid glossy ruby with no black. Take it as the centerpiece of an expensive loadout, not as "just another red knife." More options are on the red knives page.

Loadout under $90

Six guns, no knife or gloves — about $80. Here we work with cheap, accurate matches:

  • AK-47 | Red Laminate — $38.7. Red wood on black metal; calmer than the Redline and not in every other inventory.
  • M4A4 | Evil Daimyo — $1.9. A near-perfect color match for pocket change.
  • AWP | Redline — $26.5. Unlike the AK version, the AWP's red stripes hold up better in Field-Tested.
  • Desert Eagle | Crimson Web — $7.6. The same web as on the knives — it sets the stage for a Crimson Web knife later.
  • USP-S | Cyrex — $2.6.
  • Glock-18 | Royal Legion — $2.1.

If you really want the Redline on your AK, it fits here too — and we have a separate breakdown of what to pair it with.

Loadout under $360

About $350. We upgrade the guns to two-tone ones and add gloves:

  • AK-47 | Bloodsport — $102. The best red and black AK in the game: red details, black body, and the white inserts are barely visible in first person.
  • M4A4 | Spider Lily — $4.8. Red lilies on a dark background.
  • AWP | Redline — carried over from the previous loadout.
  • Desert Eagle | Code Red — $32.8.
  • USP-S | Kill Confirmed — $52.
  • Glock-18 | Dragon Tattoo — from $67.9. It only comes in Factory New and Minimal Wear, so it looks equally vivid for everyone.
  • Driver Gloves | Rezan the Red — $50. Red leather with dark stitching, one of the most accurate glove matches for the palette.

A no-gloves option: swap Rezan the Red for a Navaja Knife | Crimson Web — $51.9. The budget is almost the same, but you see a knife in your hands more often than gloves on inspect.

Knife and gloves loadout under $1,170

About $1,160. The guns come from the mid-range loadout, and we add a pair that carries both colors:

  • Karambit | Autotronic — $783. A carbon blade with red lines — red and black in its purest form.
  • Moto Gloves | Blood Pressure — $75.2. Black with red, a great echo of the Autotronic pattern.

If the Karambit doesn't fit the budget, the Bayonet | Autotronic gives you the same finish for roughly a third of the price, bringing the loadout down to about $600. Another pair of gloves at the same price is Sport Gloves | Omega, $113.

What to avoid

  • Crimson Web in Factory New. An M9 Bayonet | Crimson Web in Factory New costs more than ten times as much as in Field-Tested ($401). The difference is the cleanness of the web and rare patterns, and paying for that just for the color makes no sense.
  • Crimson Web gloves in bad wear. Specialist Gloves | Crimson Web in Battle-Scarred lose the pattern and just look maroon.
  • Driver Gloves | Crimson Weave. The lowest price on the market is a worn-out Battle-Scarred copy, while a decent Field-Tested pair costs $1,019. A trap for anyone who only looks at the "starting from" price.
  • AK-47 | Asiimov, AK-47 | Fuel Injector, AWP | Asiimov. They look red in previews but are orange in-game. Next to the Bloodsport they look like a different loadout.
  • Glock-18 | Candy Apple. Cheap and bright red, but with no black — in a red and black inventory it sticks out like a sticker.
  • Hand Wraps | Badlands and Bloodhound Gloves | Snakebite. Closer to brownish red, and Badlands in FT costs $390 on top of that — overpaying for an inaccurate color.

If you want to go bigger

  • Karambit | Doppler (Ruby) — gem phase — several times pricier than regular phases, check the marketplace. Ruby is the end of the road for a red knife; the gloves and guns then carry the black.
  • Specialist Gloves | Crimson Kimono — $1,485. The most recognizable red and black gloves in the game.
  • M4A1-S | Hot Rod — from $1,210. Solid red metallic that pairs nicely with Ruby.
  • Desert Eagle | Sunset Storm 弐 — $494. A collector's pistol for those who've already filled every other slot.

A practical tip: in a red and black loadout, pick the gloves first, then the knife. There are few red gloves, and they're what decides whether your inventory looks dark or bright. The builder will handle the rest — check out all the red skins, red gloves and other CS2 skin sets by color.
